The Agentforce Solution
BuyFRAME deployed a ComplianceFRAME Agent within Salesforce Service Cloud that:
- Accepts an Account ID (or runs in bulk via a scheduled flow)
- Inventories all compliance documents linked to the account — KYC forms, identity verification records, signed agreements, and any custom compliance document types configured for the org
- Analyses document completeness — checks whether each required document category is present, and flags missing items
- Validates signature status — using document metadata and embedded signature markers, the agent confirms whether each document carries a valid, dated signature from the required signatory roles
- Generates a compliance summary card — a structured, colour-coded breakdown of the account’s compliance health: what’s complete, what’s pending, and what’s overdue
- Triggers automated follow-ups — for missing or expired documents, the agent can auto-create Service Cloud cases or send templated outreach emails to request outstanding items
